This unique beach house in the charming area of Lassi with direct access (only 20 steps) from the amazing sandy beach of Makrys Gialos, one of the most famous beaches for its golden sand and shallow-waters in the island, is ideally positioned to enjoy summers.
Villa Elpida, Minies
Villa Elpida is a brand new villa, fully equipped, with an amazing private swimming pool. Set in three levels, the house features exceptional living spaces and can comfortably host up to 10 guests, 2 in each spacious bedroom. The area where the villa is located is called Minies and it’s a small village on the way to the airport on route from the capital, Argostoli.
Dendra Apartments – Averto, Skala
Is a two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. One bedroom with one king size bed and one bedroom with 2 singles that can be connected into one double bed. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and a living room space with flat screen. At the terrace there is a dining table.
