The studio benefits of a walk-in glass shower, a separate bathroom and a kitchenette with all facilities needed for a morning coffee or a snack. This studio on the upper level is completely autonomous.

The lower floor has a master space with its own entrance which accommodates a master bed room with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.

The beach house also consists of an extra guest room with a double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom, totally separated from the master space and benefits of its own entrance, as well.
