The most important part is the handling of our quest arrival. Every check in for us is a special procedure that takes our 100% attention.
Before the guests arrival we make contact with them and we provide them everything they have to know to reach the house easily and smoothly. As soon as they arrive our villa host is there to greet them and welcome them a big smile and willing to show them the hospitality they deserve.
The hosts will show them around , inform them about anything they have to know about the property, hand them the keys and the most important they will have a proper welcome meeting. Welcome meeting includes information about the neighborhood, the surrounding, the island, things to do, like activities, tours, restaurants and answering any questions they may have.
The result of this contact is that the guest meet their person in resort, they know that they have someone to address to about anything and they feel as home.
