The villa is part of a historical residential complex of houses, built more than 100 years ago. Most of the original construction survived the disastrous earthquake of 1953. On the same remains and with new original plans the family rebuilt the houses.

Villa Elpida is a brand new villa, fully equipped, with an amazing private swimming pool. Set in three levels, the house features exceptional living spaces and can comfortably host up to 10 guests, 2 in each spacious bedroom. The area where the villa is located is called Minies and it’s a small village on the way to the airport on route from the capital, Argostoli.
